By default, quite a few languages will be preinstalled on your computer but if the one you want isn’t available, you’ll have to go to the Windows Control Panel, and choose the option Add a Language in the Clock, Region, and Language section. Check the Add a Language box and choose amongst the dozens of languages available. Furthermore, each language has dozens of possible accents. The installation process may be somewhat slow but the result is very worthwhile.
